These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and spin999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atspin999.cam ("the Platform").

By accessing, registering, or using any service offered on the spin999 Platform — including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotional offers, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, rules, and policies set forth in this Agreement.

To register and maintain a Player Account on spin999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. spin999 enforces a strict21+ minimum age policy on all accounts. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) opening an Account for your own personal use exclusively.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either requested by yourself through the Platform or imposed by any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a person employed or engaged by spin999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and undertake to keep such information current and accurate at all times.

Each individual may open onlyone (1) Player Account on spin999. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. spin999 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

To complete full Account verification, Players are required to submit the following documentation as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian identity document — MyKAD, Driver's Licence, or Passport. Both the front and reverse of the document must be clearly visible in the submitted image.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, SYABAS/Pengurusan Air Selangor, TM Unifi, or equivalent), or a bank statement from a recognised Malaysian financial institution (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or similar), dated within three (3) months of the submission date.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of the Player holding their identity document, taken in good lighting, with both the Player's face and the document legible.

spin999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is a reasonable basis to do so. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of full document submission. Withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

spin999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

As a condition of use, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

• All information you provide to spin999 is and shall remain accurate, complete, and truthful.
• Your Account credentials (username and password) are confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. spin999 accepts no liability for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You will only use the Platform for lawful purposes and will not use it to engage in, facilitate, or assist any fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity.
• You will not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or software to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• You accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical equipment, and that spin999 does not manipulate outcomes in any way.
• You accept that the Company's records shall be the conclusive reference for all disputes relating to game outcomes, wager amounts, and Account activity.

All financial transactions on spin999 are conducted inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all local payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) have a minimum deposit amount of RM100.
• Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• spin999 reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own payment method.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Player's Account, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Requests from unverified Accounts will be placed in a pending queue until verification is complete.
• Most MYR withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified Accounts. Processing times during peak periods or for enhanced due diligence cases may be longer.
• spin999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time.

spin999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms of each individual promotion:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts or payment methods will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become withdrawable. Specific rollover multiples (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified per promotion. Placing bets that exceed this cap while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward the clearance of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% per stake. Table games, live dealer games, and other game categories may contribute at reduced rate (commonly 10% to 20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds must be cleared within the validity period specified for each promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit). Uncleared Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the bonus principal amount cannot itself be withdrawn — only net winnings generated from the bonus balance may be cashed out once the wagering requirement is met.
• spin999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

The following actions constitute material breaches of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Opening or maintaining more than one (1) Player Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, subject to self-exclusion, or otherwise ineligible;
• Coluding with other Players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies to generate winings that would not arise under normal operating conditions;
• Using any automated software, "bot", or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in, or attempting to engage in, any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or arbitrage that undermines the integrity of any sports market offered on the Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money or evade financial reporting obligations;
• Attempting to circumvent any technical security measure, access restriction, or responsible gambling control implemented on the Platform.

All content on the spin999 Platform — including but not limited to the spin999 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software architecture, game integrations, marketing copy, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of spin999 or its licensed content partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without the prior written consent of spin999;
• Using the spin999 name, logo, or brand identity in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or third-party publications — without explicit written authorisation;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technical component of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spin999 shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise:

• Any loss or damage arising from your inability to access or use the Platform, including scheduled or emergency maintenance periods;
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform;
• Any interruption to a live game, sports event, or in-play betting market due to third-party technical failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from your own failure to safeguard your Account credentials or your non-compliance with this Agreement;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any nature, even where spin999 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in this clause shall limit spin999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

spin999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and is strictly reserved for players aged21 and above.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under spin999's international operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and spin999, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team via live chat, providing full details of your complaint. spin999 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures specified under spin999's applicable operating licence. The decision of any appointed adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Malaysian players acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
